My idea was to make a stereotypical Korpiklaani ”folk metal”- song and pick up the juiciest parts that touched me most when I myself got introduced to the genre: Energy, good taste of melody and uplifting rhythm. Once again whole song went trough my bandmates filter and it couldn’t exist in a so cool form like it is on album without them. Big thanks for them again for putting their big effort for this song! Huolettomat can be translated as ”the careless” and again lyrics are by Tuomas Keskimäki. In the story the carefree secretly party on the island, run laughing at the bailiff, and continue to party like it was their last day. ”Today is today, tomorrow is uncertain”.
